I have been selling real estate in the beautiful SF Bay Area since 1992, working a great deal with relocation clients moving here from all over the United States...(closing in on 32 years!) I have consistently been recognized for my yearly sales achievements, starting with my 1st year of selling when I was awarded top honors as "Rookie of the Year" and every year since. I specialize in selling properties that may need some design or remodel in order to get them ready for the market. As part of my listing services, I offer advice and recommendations on staging to assist you with the sale of your home. I have helped many first-time buyers obtain some incredible deals through foreclosure purchases, and have also helped investors interested in foreclosure deals.
